SAN ANTONIO — Two children were hospitalized and a driver was arrested following a two-vehicle crash on the city’s northwest side late Monday night, according to San Antonio police.

The accident occurred just before 10 p.m. on the Loop 410 access road, near Callaghan and Babcock roads.

According to police, the driver of a Toyota Corolla was traveling westbound on the access road when a 2002 Ford Thunderbird ignored the speed limit and improperly changed lanes.
