Police presence on E. Hanes Mill Rd.

WINSTON-SALEM, NC — Police presence is in the 300 block of E. Hanes Mill Road in Winston-Salem.

Winston-Salem police said they received a report of shots fired in the area around 11:40 a.m.

The police are still investigating on site.
