MPD responds to disorderly conduct incident Wednesday evening – The Badger Herald

Madison police responded to an incident at State Street and East Campus Mall near the protest camp Wednesday evening after receiving reports that a man was threatening others and attempting to fight them, according to an incident report released Thursday emerges.

MPD arrived at the scene shortly after 9:10 p.m. and when officers attempted to make contact with the man, he was uncooperative. According to the incident report, the man refused to identify himself and ran into the middle of the warehouse at Library Mall.

According to the incident report, the man was arrested and booked into the Dane County Jail on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. No injuries were reported.
