Buffalo City Council Approves Amended Lease With Trap & Skeet Club – Sheridan Media

At their last regular meeting, the Buffalo City Council considered an amended lease agreement between the city and the Buffalo Trap & Skeet Club to allow for the construction of a new building on city-owned land occupied by the shooting range east of town.

City Attorney Dennis Kirven explained the deal further away.

Kirven said the other change in the amended lease agreement set the lease term at two years instead of 10, explaining that councils cannot burden future councils with such agreements.

The amended lease includes an option to renew at two-year intervals.

The council voted to authorize Mayor Shane Schrader to sign the amended lease agreement.
