Senior Alert: Man reported missing in Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia State Police have issued a Senior Alert for a 66-year-old man reported missing in Virginia Beach.

According to police, Melvin Wilson Lee, who suffers from cognitive impairment, was last seen around midnight Tuesday on Whitney Court in the Green Run neighborhood, near South Independence Boulevard and Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach.

He is just over 6 feet tall and weighs 120 pounds. He has the word “Dog” tattooed on one arm and a bandage under his left armpit. He is likely wearing a black robe.

Anyone with information on Lee’s whereabouts is asked to call 757-385-5000 or 911.
