Russians attack energy infrastructure in six regions

Last night, Russian aggressors carried out another massive attack on power generation and transmission facilities – six regions came under rocket fire.

The Energy Ministry reported this via Telegram, reports Ukrinform.

“The enemy does not give up his plans to deprive the Ukrainians of the light. Another massive attack on our energy sector! “Electricity generation and transmission facilities in Poltava, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Vinnytsia regions were attacked,” said the head of the ministry, Herman Halushchenko.

He noted that the consequences are being clarified and power engineers are already working to eliminate them.

The minister emphasized that the economical use of electricity is every Ukrainian’s contribution to victory.

“Responsible consumption is particularly important in the morning and evening hours,” reminded Halushchenko.

As reported, Russian attackers fired cruise missiles and declared an air alert across Ukraine last night.
