Stormy Daniels says sexual encounter with Donald Trump left her ‘shaking’

Mr Trump, who has repeatedly attacked Ms Daniels – whom he refers to as “Horseface” – on social media, was seen shaking his head, whispering and goading his lawyers as Ms Daniels testified.

At one point, Mr. Trump, wearing a navy blue suit and gold tie with his son Eric Trump sitting directly behind him, muttered “Bull—-” as Ms. Daniels claimed she hit him in the face with a financial magazine rolled up on it.

Ms. Daniels added that the couple had a “very brief” discussion about Melania Trump, who recently gave birth to their son Barron.

She told Mr. Trump that his wife was “very beautiful,” to which Mr. Trump replied, “We don’t even sleep in the same room.”

After chatting for hours, Ms. Daniels said she went to the toilet, accessed through the bedroom, and when she came, Mr. Trump was posing on the bed.

To mimic his stance, Ms. Daniels leaned back in the witness stand, placing one hand on her hip and the other behind her head, as if she were lying on the beach.

“I just thought, ‘Great, I’ve put myself in this bad situation, what am I going to do?'” Ms. Daniels told the courtroom while holding onto the side of her neck.

“There was certainly a power imbalance, he was bigger and blocking the way… but I was not threatened verbally or physically,” Ms Daniels said.

When Ms. Hoffinger asked for details of the sex act, she asked Ms. Daniels if she had touched Mr. Trump’s skin – before defense attorney Susan Necheles objected.

Ms Daniels said she had difficulty getting dressed after the encounter because “my hands were shaking so badly”.

Confidential encounter

While she “just wanted to leave as quickly as possible,” Trump told her, “‘It was great, let’s get back together honey, it was great’.”

The former porn star said Mr. Trump did not ask her to keep their encounter confidential and he showed no concern that his wife would find out about it.

But she still told very few people that we were actually having sex because I was ashamed that I hadn’t stopped, she said.

The former porn actress described several other meetings she had with Mr. Trump in 2007, including at a Trump Vodka event where she met Playboy model Karen McDougal, before the two lost touch the following year.

Speaking about the $130,000 payment she received for her story about Mr. Trump, Ms. Daniels said she was not interested in the amount of money.

Ms. Daniels said the figure was irrelevant because she was “motivated by fear, not money” after a man threatened her in a parking lot to keep quiet about their alleged tryst after she gave an interview with In magazine in 2011 Touch”.

Mr. Trump is charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in connection with the hush money payments. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.

He also denies ever having a sexual encounter with Ms. Daniels.
