Seneca Falls man held knife to victim’s throat during domestic incident

According to police, a Seneca Falls man was taken into custody following an investigation into a domestic incident.

Dimar O. Morales, 31, of Seneca Falls was arrested by police Saturday following a domestic disturbance report.

An investigation revealed that Morales had subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact and held a knife to his throat.

Morales was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a Class A misdemeanor, second-degree menacing, a Class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a misdemeanor. The victim suffered no injuries.

Morales was taken to Seneca County Central District Court. A restraining order was filed on behalf of the victim.
