Officers arrested 29-year-old Eduardo Iturbe Acevedo for DUI after receiving a report of a reckless driver on Broadway in Hartland at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday.

Police arrested 71-year-old Solomon Martinez for drunken driving after receiving a report of a man found unconscious behind the wheel at the corner of South Broadway and East Main Street at 4:27 p.m. Wednesday.

Teenagers arrested after car theft

On Wednesday at 11:10 p.m., a vehicle was reported stolen at 910 S. Broadway. Police arrested two male juveniles in connection with the theft.

1 arrested for obstruction of justice and other charges

Police arrested 31-year-old Lupita Rambao for obstruction of justice, driving while license suspended and carrying unpackaged marijuana in a motor vehicle after receiving a report at 6:34 a.m. Wednesday morning that a woman was screaming getting in and out of her vehicle in the parking lot of 906 Luther Place.

Gas-off ride reported

Police received a report at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday of a gas stop that occurred at approximately 7:15 a.m. at 1820 Margaretha Ave.

Wallet reported stolen

On Wednesday at 10:18 a.m., police received a report of a person who believed someone had stolen their wallet and attempted to use their card at 2301 E. Main St.

Fraud reported

On Wednesday at 1:36 p.m., police received a report of people being defrauded of $20,000 at a residence on Marie Avenue.

On Wednesday at 4:42 p.m., police received a report of people being defrauded of over $23,000 on Stevens Street.
