Stabbing near Montgomery Ferry Drive in Atlanta

ATLANTA — Atlanta police were called to the scene of a fatal stabbing Friday night.

According to APD, they responded to the 200 block of Montgomery Ferry Drive NE. That’s near the Piedmont Heights neighborhood of Atlanta.

When police arrived, they found a person with apparent knife wounds who was unconscious and not breathing.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, APD said. 11Alive sent a crew to the scene to learn more about what happened.
