The Houthis: “The ship MSC Manzanillo was attacked near the Israeli port of Haifa”

The pro-Iranian Yemeni Houthi group reportedly attacked a ship off the Israeli port of Haifa as part of a joint military operation with the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, a coalition of Iraqi Shiite militias. The Houthis’ military spokesman Yahya Sare’e made the statement in a televised address, stating that “the operation targeted the MSC Manzanillo.” According to maritime traffic monitoring websites, the MSC Manzanillo is currently in the eastern Mediterranean.
