Woman from Semmes arrested after people were found sleeping in car reported stolen: Mobile police

MOBILE, Alabama (WKRG) – A Semmes woman was arrested after people were found sleeping in a car that had been reported stolen, according to Mobile police.

Kimberly Keshaun Jones, 39, of Semmes, was arrested Wednesday.


According to an MPD press release, officers were called to a Dollar General on Moffett Road because several people were sleeping in a car.

Officers determined that Jones had rented the vehicle but had not returned it. Jones was charged with first-degree receiving stolen goods.
