Franklin Township man charged with sexually abusing two minors – ButlerRadio.com

A Franklin Township man is in custody for two alleged sexual assaults on minors.

State police were called to investigate 40-year-old Todd Montgomery for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old girl.

During the investigation, police found text messages to the girl that contained statements from Montgomery, such as that he wanted to marry the girl. They also contained pornographic images of the girl and Montgomery.

A PFA was issued before he was even in custody, but Montgomery violated it and was taken into custody.

He is also accused of another incident from 2022 involving a girl who was 11 at the time. Montgomery is alleged to have sexually touched the girl under Montgomery’s supervision.

Several charges are brought against Montgomery.
