3 dead and 16 injured in Russian attacks on Kharkiv: Ukrainian regional authorities

Three people were killed and 16 others injured in Russian attacks on the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, regional governor Oleg Synegubov said early Friday morning.

“So far, three dead and 16 injured are known,” he said in a post on Telegram, noting that the attacks targeted civilian infrastructure. “The enemy again used a double-strike tactic while paramedics, rescue workers and police officers were already working on the scene.”
