WE NOW HAVE A TOTAL OF FIVE VICTIMS, ONE WOMAN ARRESTED, ALL MALE COPIES, ONE WOMAN, FOUR MEN, TWO WOMEN COPIES, TWO WOMEN, THREE MEN. POLICE ARE NOW TRYING TO DETERMINE WHO OPENED FIRE. THIS CALL CAME IN TODAY AT AROUND 8 PM, AND IN THE HOURS AFTER THAT, A VERY LARGE POLICE PRESENCE FOLLOWED. RIGHT NOW THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 3 OR 4 POLICE OFFICERS OR, SORRY, POLICE PATROL VEHICLES HERE. UH, BUT OF COURSE THERE WAS A MUCH LARGER ACTION TODAY. THE POLICE TELLS US THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT PRECEDED THIS SHOOTING. THEY DON’T KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE KNEW EACH OTHER. BUT THE LAST UPDATE WE RECEIVED IS THAT THEY ARE PHYSICALLY OK. WE WERE ABLE TO TALK A FEW WORDS TO A DEPARTMENT SPOKESPERSON BEFORE. LISTEN. IT’S A VERY BIG COMPLEX. AND OUR MOST IMPORTANT MESSAGE IS: IF YOU SAW OR HEARD SOMETHING, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND HELP US FIND THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE. THERE WERE A LOT OF PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE SHOOTING AND WE ARE NOT SURE OF ALL THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF THIS INCIDENT AND THE RESULTS OF THE SHOOTING IN THE INCIDENT. UM, BUT AT THIS TIME, THE SACRAMENTO POLICE ARE TELLING US THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION ON ANY SUSPECTS. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO INVESTIGATE. BUT THE CRIME SCENE TAPE HAS BEEN MOSTLY TAKED DOWN AND THE LAST POLICE OFFICERS ARE DOING THEIR JOBS FOR TONIGHT. The Memorial Day shooting was reported around 8 p.m. in the 70th block of Coral Gables Court near Meadowview Road in south Sacramento.

According to police spokesman Cody Tapley, three men, a woman and a teenager were shot. All five people are expected to survive.

There was no information on the suspect as of late Monday night, Tapley said, adding that police believe the shooter fled the scene.

He said the victims were all in close proximity to each other.

Tapley urged anyone with information about the shooting to contact police.
