Millsboro Police seek suspect in child sexual assault case | Latest News

MILLSBORO, DE – Millsboro police are asking neighbors for help in locating a suspect accused of sexual abuse of a child and making terroristic threats.

According to Millsboro Police, David Dellorse of Wilmington has warrants for both charges and is believed to be homeless in the Elsmere, DE area. Police believe Dellorse is somewhere along Kirkwood Highway.

Sexually assaulting a child is a Class B felony, while terroristic threats are a Class B misdemeanor.

Police are asking anyone with information on Dellorse’s whereabouts to call the Millsboro Police Department at 302-934-8174.
