2 people arrested for alleged shooting at Summit County home

Officials said Brandon Drazil and Maxwell Tedor fired 30 to 50 shots in celebration of the Fourth of July. Three bullets were found in a home in Northfield Center Township.

NORTHFIELD, Ohio – Two men are facing charges after shooting into a home during Fourth of July celebrations, according to Summit County sheriff’s officials.

According to a press release from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, officers responded to a residence on Valley View Road in Northfield Center Township on Thursday after a report that a home had been struck by gunfire.

“Upon arrival, officers discovered that three bullets had penetrated the exterior of the residence,” officers said.

After further investigation, Summit County Sheriff’s officials arrested two men, 22-year-old Brandon Drazil and 20-year-old Maxwell Tedor. Both men are residents of Northfield Center Township.

“It appears both individuals fired approximately 30 to 50 shots during the holidays,” the press release continued.

Drazil and Tedor were both charged with discharging a firearm on or near restricted grounds. They were also charged with two misdemeanors, including criminal damage to property. Both were taken to the Summit County Jail.
