Silver Alert issued for 51-year-old Hinds County woman

HINDS COUNTY, Mississippi (WJTV) – A Silver Alert has been issued for a 51-year-old Utica woman.

Agents with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) said Debra Elaine Tolbert was last seen on Wednesday, July 3, around 8:00 a.m. in the 2200 block of Low Water Bridge Road in Hinds County, walking in an unknown direction.

According to the MBI, Tolbert was last seen wearing a green T-shirt and black shorts. She said she was suffering from tremors and holding her head to the side.
