Waterloo woman arrested after lengthy theft investigation

Seneca Falls police arrested a Waterloo woman on Monday in connection with a theft that occurred last year.

Mindy L. Aguilera, 46, was taken into custody at the Ontario County Jail and transported to the Seneca County Jail. She is accused of stealing merchandise from a local store on September 21, 2023 and leaving the store before officers arrived.

Following her arrest, Aguilera will be arraigned in CAP Court on an outstanding warrant.
