Man arrested for alleged robbery of several 7-Eleven stores in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Maryland (DC News Now) — The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) announced a man was arrested and charged for allegedly robbing several 7-Eleven stores.

According to MCPD, the robberies occurred between June 5 and June 21 at these locations:

  • 8900 block of N. Westland Dr.
  • 10200 New Hampshire Ave.
  • 8100 block of Fenton St.
  • 400 block of N. Frederick Ave.

Shortly after the robbery at the 7-Eleven on N. Frederick Ave., police arrested 59-year-old Earl David Long of Gaithersburg.

Long was charged with multiple counts of armed robbery.

He was transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit where he is being held without bail.
