Ten people injured in Ohio shooting

Ohio (USA), June 24 (ANI): Up to 10 people were injured in a shooting in Columbus, Ohio on Sunday morning (local time), USA Today reported.
Police arrived at the scene in the Short North neighborhood at 2:28 a.m. local time. Police found six victims there. They were later told four more people had been taken to hospitals, USA Today reported, citing a Columbus police news release.
The injured victims were treated at three different hospitals. One of the victims, a man, is in critical condition, USA Today reported, citing NBC4. According to the press release, all victims are expected to survive. Two of the victims are minors, while others are adults, USA Today reported, citing Columbus Dispatch.
Police are searching for a vehicle they believe was involved in the shooting. Police have issued two phone numbers where anyone with information about the shooting can be contacted.

In a post on X, Columbus Police wrote: “Detectives need your help locating this vehicle involved in a shooting this morning in the 1100 block of N. High St. in which 10 people were shot. The vehicle is believed to be a white four-door Honda Civic with tinted windows.”
One person was killed and seven others injured in a shooting outside a nightclub in Louisville, Kentucky, on Saturday (local time), CNN reported, citing police. When emergency responders arrived at the scene in front of the H20 Lounge at 12:47 a.m. (local time), they found two people injured with gunshot wounds, according to a statement from the Louisville Police Metro Department.
One of the victims, a man, was later pronounced dead. Police said the second person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Medical personnel later reported that another six victims, all adults, were taken to area hospitals for treatment after the shooting.
According to Aaron Ellis, police spokesman, all six people were shot. Police said: “The injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.”
Police did not provide any information about the suspect and it is unclear how many people opened fire or what caused the shooting. Police said, “The family relationships of the victims, if any, are not known at this time,” adding that the shooting was still under investigation. (ANI)
