NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WTVA) – The New Albany Police Department is searching for two suspects in connection with car break-ins during a football game.

The break-ins occurred during a Little League soccer game at BNA Park, where five cars were broken into.

“Apparently they took some wallets and some valuables that were in the car. And very shortly after, they have video of them using the stolen credit cards at the Dollar General on McCullough Street in Tupelo,” said Chris Robertson, chief of the New Albany Police Department.

There was no surveillance video of the break-in, but the victims reported the incident around 9 p.m. Monday.

Anyone who can help identify the suspects is asked to call the New Albany Police Department at (662) 534-2222.
