Police report multiple victims in active incident in Minneapolis

Minneapolis police responded to an incident in the Whittier neighborhood Thursday evening that first responders described as a “volatile situation.” Minneapolis police confirmed that at least four civilians and two police officers were injured.

According to a message posted on social media, authorities asked the public to avoid the area of ​​the city at 22nd and Blaisdell while police responded.

Late Thursday evening, police released few further details, including confirmation of the exact condition of the victims.
