The victim in her statement said that she met Ajay Bairwa over the phone four to five months ago. After that, she spoke to him on the mobile phone. But when their wedding was scheduled for May 26, Ajay came to know about it. He came to her house on May 1. Later, he forcibly took her on his bike to Dausa railway station. There he gave her drugs, took her by train to Jaipur and raped her.

Not only that, he later threatened her and forced her to get married at Arya Samaj. He also forced her to sign some documents. He took photos and videos of the same. After that, he took her back to Dausa railway station and left her there. The victim claims that Ajay threatened her that if she told anyone about the rape and forced marriage, he would kill her family members.

The victim says she did not tell anyone out of fear. As the victim’s wedding anniversary approached, Ajay posted photos and videos of her forced marriage on social media on May 23 and 24. This left her broken and in shock. The police have filed a case against the accused Ajay Bairwa on the victim’s complaint.
