This year we have two very special guests of honour, Beverly (Tabor) Jager and Virginia (Russell) Schobinger, graduates of Buffalo High School’s Class of 1949, who are celebrating their Diamond Jubilee. We are also very pleased to welcome the Class of 1974, who are celebrating their 50th Class Reunion. The last school trip in Buffalo High School history was taken by this group of thirteen graduates, who travelled by school bus to Winnipeg for three days and celebrated their graduation together.

In addition to friends and family, food and beverages, the evening will feature music and old memorabilia, as well as a special program to honor several alumni who have made a difference through their contributions of time and energy in their communities. The highlight of the evening will be the dedication of our restored fire escape with special gratitude to the family of Pete Von Bank, Class of 1959, and a new addition to the fire escape will be unveiled in memory of Keith Nudell, Class of 1963.

Join us Saturday, July 20th for our Pearl Street Celebration from noon to 5pm on the school lawn. Bring your friends, family and lawn chairs and enjoy free music all afternoon on the Pearl Street Stage featuring Americana, Bluegrass, Classic Country, Folk, Gospel, Old Time Rock & Roll and New Age Pop. There will be plenty of summer fun for kids of all ages. GCA Thrive of Fargo will have a variety of old fashioned carnival games and prizes. Arts and crafts will be available from our specialty vendors and the Olde School Gift Shop will be open for your shopping pleasure. Enjoy BBQ, refreshments and treats. Come for the celebration and stay for the 2nd Annual Larry Zaun Memorial Car Show on Main Street starting at 5pm.
