Motorcyclist who died after accident on 82nd Avenue identified

PORTLAND, Oregon (KOIN) – Police identified the victim in a fatal motorcycle accident This happened on June 14 on Southeast 82nd Avenue in Portland.

According to authorities, 40-year-old Devin Ratliff was racing his motorcycle south along 82nd Avenue when he collided with the driver’s side of a Honda CRV while attempting to turn from Southeast Mitchell Street.

Officers arrived at the scene of the accident north of Southeast Foster Road at around 12:40 p.m. and found Ratliff dead. The driver of the crashed vehicle remained at the scene to assist police with their investigation.

No arrests were made in connection with this incident.
