I-75 back open in Bartow County after crashes, Georgia State Patrol says

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – All lanes of I-75 near Old Allatoona Road in Emerson are back open, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

The Georgia State Patrol said all lanes were closed near mile marker 281 and all southbound lanes were closed near mile marker 286 due to multiple crashes.

Drivers are advised to seek alternative routes.
