ATLANTA (AP) — Atlanta’s mayor says four people were shot at a downtown Atlanta food court, including the first shooter. Mayor Andre Dickens said the shooting happened Tuesday afternoon at the Peachtree Center food court. Atlanta police said in a post that all four people shot were alert and conscious. Authorities say one of the four is believed to be the suspect. Authorities did not immediately say who injured the first shooter or what prompted the shooting. Peachtree Center is a complex of office towers and underground shopping mall located within a few blocks of several hotels that are popular venues for Atlanta’s busy convention area.
