Missing 18-year-old girl possibly kidnapped, 3 suspects in an SUV

Authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for a missing 18-year-old woman due to indications of physical endangerment, abduction or kidnapping.

The NC Center for Missing Persons has issued an Ashanti Alert for Tierstan Cochran. This type of alert is designed to quickly disseminate important information about missing persons between the ages of 18 and 64 who do not fall into the traditional Amber or Silver Alert status.

Cochran is described as 5’10” tall and weighing 120 pounds. She is white, has long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt.

Three suspects have been named in connection with her disappearance.

Suspect #1 is a white male who weighs 68 kg and is 1.78 m tall.

The second suspect is a black man who weighs 150 pounds and is approximately 5’10” tall. His hair is described as curly.

The third suspect is a white female, 5’4″ tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds. She was described as “shoeless.”

Cochran was last seen on Birchwood Way in Fayetteville and may be headed toward Tennessee. She was last seen heading north.

People are asked to be on the lookout for a gray SUV containing people matching these descriptions.
