Several patients hospitalized for treatment after rollover accident in Midway

Several people involved in an accident at the intersection of Gulf Breeze Parkway and Woodlawn Beach Road Tuesday afternoon were taken to Sacred Heart Hospital for treatment, according to the Midway Fire District.

In the accident, which occurred after 1 p.m., two vehicles overturned; none of the injured were in critical condition.

Lifeguards took the patients to Sacred Heart Hospital for treatment. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident.
