Brody Dylan BurrightThe 21-year-old was sentenced April 26 to 30 days in county jail, 18 months of supervised probation, 90 days of driver’s license suspension and a $300 fine after pleading guilty to fleeing or attempting to elude to evade police officers and had not appeared in a criminal complaint. Charges dismissed: fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and reckless driving.

Steven Allen Duran, The 40-year-old was charged May 1 with first-degree criminal abuse, third-degree assault, first-degree child neglect, endangering the welfare of a minor and recklessly endangering another person.

Joshua Kealohanui Ben Leslie Jr., 36, was sentenced April 22 to 20 days in jail, 24 months probation and a $100 fine after pleading guilty to public indecency. Charges dismissed: stalking, endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree felony.

Izaach Alan MarlowThe 21-year-old was given a 24-month suspended sentence on April 29 after pleading guilty to aggravated harassment.

Matthew Carl Martin, The 33-year-old was charged May 6 with first-degree criminal breach of trust and resisting arrest.

Jermey Lee SandersThe 41-year-old was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants on May 3rd.

Zachariah Edward WinneyThe 21-year-old was charged on April 29 with failure to report as a sex offender.
