Porsche accident case in Pune: Two doctors from Pune’s Sassoon General Hospital have been arrested for allegedly tampering with the blood test report of the juvenile accused in the Porsche crash that killed two people, Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said on Monday (May 27). The accused allegedly hit two drunken bikers in the Kalyani Nagar area of ​​the city in the early hours of May 19. Initially, it was claimed that the report indicated that he had not consumed alcohol, but CCTV footage from that night clearly showed him drinking with his friends in the bar. The arrested doctors have been identified as Dr Srihari Harlor and Dr Ajay Taware.

Following an outcry over the quick granting of bail, the Juvenile Court on May 22 ordered that a 17-year-old allegedly involved in a car accident that killed two people be remanded to an observation home until June 5.

The JJB granted the teenager bail on Sunday, just hours after the Porsche he was allegedly driving struck and killed two IT professionals in their twenties on a motorcycle.

He was also asked to write a 300-word essay on traffic accidents; this instruction sparked severe criticism.
