Gregg Bishop’s “Howl At The Dead” celebrates Canadian premiere at Fantasia International Film Festival

As someone who has been outspoken over the years about sharing my undying love for the 2008 zombie horror comedy Dance of the Dead (I even had the pleasure of helping to host the film’s 10th anniversary screenings in 2018), I’m always excited to see what director Gregg Bishop is working on, so I’m especially thrilled and delighted that Bishop’s new short film Howl at the Dead is making its Canadian premiere tonight at the Fantasia International Film Festival!

“Howl at the Dead,” a short film about a haunted house told from the unique perspective of pets, will be shown tonight at 9:30 p.m. at the De Sève Theatre in Montreal as part of the “Are You Afraid of Fantasia?” program.

Below is the official press release with more details. To celebrate the short’s Canadian premiere, we’re also taking a look at images from Howl at the Dead (and the keen-eyed Dance of the Dead)…
