Former employee of “Mr. Beast” claims Ava Kris Tyson was sexually harassed

Former “Mr. Beast” personality Ava Kris Tyson has been accused of sexual assault by a former employee.

On Saturday (July 27), a former Mr. Beast employee named Jess, who goes by “Mooskina” online, shared her experience with Ava. Jess explained that she was “sexually assaulted” and “coerced” by the “power dynamic” between the two. Her story comes shortly after grooming allegations were made against Ava after her Discord server containing over half a million messages was leaked.

Jess shared a thread on X (formerly Twitter) about her relationship with Ava, detailing what had happened. Ava followed Jess on social media when Jess began posting timelines about her transition into a trans woman. They began exchanging messages “every day over Twitter.” In her thread, she shared screenshots of apparent messages, texts, and emails between her and Ava. After discussing the transition, Ava claimed she was “sure” she could get Jess in a Mr. Beat video. They eventually had a video chat in which Ava asked her to perform sexually explicit acts. Jess “felt like I had to say yes if I wanted to be in a video or get a job.”

Ava later flew Jess to her home in Greenville, assuming she was going to star in a Mr. Beast video. Ava told her she would sleep with her in her bedroom, where they later had sex. After their week together, Jess felt “used and confused” and later found out Ava did not have the authority to cast anyone in a video.

After the trip, they stayed in touch and went through a cycle of “they showered me with declarations of love -> they used me -> they fell in love with someone else -> they treated me like an annoying, jealous ex -> and then came back when it didn’t work out.”

Ava later offered Jess a job as her assistant and that she should move in with her. While working for the company, Jess claimed she performed sexual acts on Ava, but then tried to avoid any physical contact with Ava. On July 29, Jess recalled that they were watching television and “without warning, prior physical touching, or sexual conversation, I took off her pants and started touching myself in front of myself.”

“I had just moved in with Ava and quit my job to work as her assistant. I didn’t feel in any way like I could say no without risking my job or being asked to leave. She used that against me to get non-consensual oral sex,” she tweeted.

Jess shared her concerns with Ava that she felt she could not turn down sexual advances while employed by Ava. She agreed to stop having sex with Jess. Jess moved out when Ava got a new boyfriend, and when that happened, they agreed that she would keep her job, work from home, and make trips back to North Carolina. When Jess asked about her schedule, Ava said she would replace her.

Ava told Jess that she was “keeping the company updated and that someone would speak to me about my severance package and my departure from the company in June.” This apparently didn’t happen and she found the contact to HR. Before speaking to HR, Ava found out that Jess had spoken to the company about her sexual assault allegation and had texted her “Wow, Jess” before Ava blocked her on all social media channels.

According to Jess, Ava told HR that Jess had decided to resign on her own and had only just found out about her departure and was unaware of their relationship. Jess noted that she provided the company with “evidence from chat logs and screenshots and gave them a list of witnesses at the company who had seen Ava and I physically touching each other.”

Jess ended her thread by saying that she had not received a response to the third-party investigation and that it had been “extremely distressing” to learn of the allegations against Ava.
