ABINGTON, Pa. (WPVI) — Eight firearms, body armor and narcotics were seized from a man’s office following his arrest Saturday evening in Montgomery County.

The incident occurred shortly after 6 p.m. in the 3000 block of Walnut Avenue in the North Hills section of Abington Township.

The victim also said Vaughn was at his apartment three times that day.

According to the victim, Vaughn threatened to “put a hit on her” and threatened a second victim: “I’ll take you down too.”

Vaughn is said to have then left the victim’s house and returned with a black pistol. He then allegedly challenged the victim to a fight on the street.

When the victim refused, police said Vaughn left the house again and walked to his job on Mt. Carmel Avenue.

Police then went to the store, where they say they located and arrested Vaughn. The man was positively identified by the victim.

According to authorities, Vaughn was unarmed when he was arrested.

When officers returned to the property with a search warrant, they seized eight firearms, police said.

According to investigators, three of these firearms were ghost guns, one was stolen from another jurisdiction and one was equipped with a switch that allowed the weapon to fire fully automatically.

According to their own statements, the police also found protective vests, several thousand rounds of ammunition and narcotics.

Vaughn has since been charged with terroristic threats, VUFA and drug possession.
