2 people found dead in house in Rigger Court

SAVANNAH, Georgia (WSAV) – The Chatham County Police Department (CCPD) is investigating the deaths of two people at a home in the 10 block of Rigger Court.

Officers were dispatched to the residence for a medical check, where an adult male and female were found deceased, both of whom appeared to have sustained gunshot wounds.

Preliminary investigation findings do not indicate that an intruder was in the home, but evidence continues to be collected as investigators work to gather more information on the case.
