Coroner identifies woman who died in car crash north of Lamont

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – A 58-year-old Arvin woman has been identified after she was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on East Panama Lane.

Maria Delosangeles Ontiveros, 58, was pronounced dead at the scene of a two-vehicle crash near Lamont on July 11, the Kern County Coroner’s Office said. At about 5:44 p.m., Ontiveros collided with another driver on East Panama Lane, just east of South Vineland Road.

The investigating agency for this incident was the California Highway Patrol.

This crash is still under investigation.
