Deadly shooting in DeKalb County, police say

DEKALB COUNTY, Georgia – A man is dead after being shot multiple times in DeKalb County Sunday morning, police said.

According to DeKalb County Police, officers responded to the 2300 block of Woodcrest Walk in reference to a person being shot at 6:45 a.m.

When officers arrived, they found a dead 25-year-old man with numerous gunshot wounds in a residential building, police said.

Detectives arrived at the scene to continue the investigation. What led to the shooting is currently unknown.
