Ollie Gordon II arrested by Oklahoma State for DUI: Reports

Oklahoma State star running back Ollie Gordon II was arrested outside Oklahoma City on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, according to multiple reports.

Gordon was stopped by an Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) trooper early Sunday morning for driving 82 miles per hour in a 65-mile zone and weaving through traffic, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by several agencies.

During the traffic stop, the officer found open bottles of vodka and tequila in Gordon’s car. Gordon said he had “one drink,” according to KOCO, the ABC affiliate in Oklahoma City, which obtained the affidavit.

Gordon was then taken to the Cleveland County Jail in Oklahoma, where he provided breath samples that showed a breath alcohol content (BrAC) of 0.11 and 0.10. Gordon was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol while under 21, possession of an open container of alcohol, failure to maintain a lane and speeding, according to KOCO. He was released on bail, according to the report.

A spokesman for the Oklahoma State University athletic department said The athlete that the university was aware of the incident reports but could not comment on them until Monday night.

Gordon was a first-team All-American in 2023 and received the Doak Walker Award, given annually to the best running back in college football.
