Woman in south Glasgow ‘sexually abused’ – police investigation ongoing

Police have launched an investigation into a “sexual assault” in south Glasgow.

Shortly after 1 a.m. on Wednesday (June 26), officers were called to a report of a sexual assault after a 27-year-old woman was attacked.



Scottish police have now launched an investigation into the incidents.

A spokesman said: “On Wednesday 26 June 2024, at around 1.10am, we were called to a report of a 27-year-old woman being sexually assaulted in the Southside area of ​​Glasgow.

“The investigation is ongoing.”
