NYPD: Off-duty NYC employee arrested in Queens

QUEENS, NY (PIX11) – An off-duty NYPD school crossing guard was arrested in Queens on Friday, police said.

Eslam Abdelbaky, 27, was arrested at around 11:45 p.m.

He was found to have graffiti made on him, to have owned a graffiti device and to have obstructed public administration.
