Two dead in fatal two-car crash on Galveston Road

HOUSTON (KIAH) – At approximately 8:20 p.m., the Houston Police Department (HPD) responded to a serious motor vehicle accident where they determined a two-car accident with two dead victims. According to HPD, a car attempted to turn left from Galveston Road onto a side street and as he turned, another car struck, sending both of them off the road and into a ditch. Two occupants of the car that was hit died at the scene of the accident.
