Police investigate shooting that left one person hospitalized and one person in custody

DENVER (KDVR) — One person is in custody and another was taken to a hospital following a shooting Sunday evening.

The Denver Police Department posted on X at 8:18 p.m. that the shooting occurred in the 8000 block of East 11th Avenue.

According to DPD, one person was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and one person is in police custody.
