Police chase with stolen car due to burglary ends in northwest Miami-Dade

MIAMI DADE COUNTY, Florida. – After a short chase that ended in Miami-Dade County, police arrested several people.

Sky Ten flew over a white Dodge Challenger with the doors open after the chase ended in a crash in northwest Miami-Dade.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, they began pursuing the stolen car in the area of ​​Northwest 103rd Street and Seventh Avenue after the car refused to stop.

Police later said they performed a pit maneuver to bring the car to a stop.

Afterwards, the patrol car and the white car were seen crashing into a fence.

As a result, two people were arrested.

One of the people taken away by the authorities claimed that he was “just looking for a ride.”

According to officials, the vehicle was involved in several burglaries in Miami-Dade County.

A stolen weapon was found in the car, police said.

Authorities have not disclosed the identities of those arrested or what charges they face.
