Accident blocks traffic during rush hour in the city center |

Logansport EMS, Fire and Police responded to a traffic accident at the intersection of Third and Market Streets during rush hour Tuesday evening. Logansport Police Officer Kyle Perkins said a southbound vehicle failed to stop at a light and struck an eastbound white vehicle. There were no immediate injuries at the scene.
