Three people were arrested in the course of a months-long investigation into a break-in at a planned nursing home, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.

Richard Adams, Crystal Jackson and Travis Paulos-Ivanich were booked into the Lyon County Jail on suspicion of stealing or destroying valuables valued at more than $100,000 from a Yerington residence.

On April 15, the LCSO responded to a report of a large residential burglary in Yerington. The victim, who was planning to retire to the home, was unknowingly robbed of nearly all of the personal items the family had stored on their property over the course of several months prior to their planned move to the area, the news release said.

Following investigations in April and May, three search warrants were executed, resulting in the seizure of stolen goods valued at over $45,000.

Adams was booked into the Lyon County Jail on May 1. He was charged with grand theft, possession of stolen goods, home invasion, criminal damage and burglary. Bail was set at $87,620.

Jackson was arrested by the Yerington Police Department on May 24 on drug possession charges, criminal damage, home invasion and burglary. Bail was set at $37,670.

Travis Paulos-Ivanich was arrested on May 31 for possession of stolen goods and grand larceny. Bail is set at $35,000.

The press release states, “A large amount of stolen property is still missing from this case.” Anyone with information can contact Deputy M. Holland at 775-463-6620. The case number is 24LY01485.
