Last week’s edition of NXT Spring Breakin Week Two spotlighted new NXT Champion Trick Williams and marked the beginning of the “Whoop That” era in the developmental territory. As Williams reflected on his path to championship glory, his moment was interrupted by Lash Legend.

Interestingly, Legend hinted that he possessed a “yellow envelope” that could potentially jeopardize everything Williams had worked so hard on. This cryptic message left the champion confused and intrigued. To find out the content, Legend’s faction Meta-Four invited him to the Supernova Sessions for tonight’s edition of NXT.

The NXT Champion arrived on the scene as Noam Dar and his group were waiting for him to solve the mystery of the envelope. To his surprise, a few weeks ago, the yellow paper contained a photo of Williams pinning Noam Dar, which Dar said laid the foundation for him defeating Ilja Dragunov for the title.

Additionally, Trick Williams hinted that there was an interesting chemistry brewing between him and Lash Legend, who publicly acknowledged him as a “baby” to the shock of the Meta Four. Just as Legend was about to potentially concede, Noam Dar punched Trick Williams and laid him on the floor before ending the segment with the NXT Championship held high in the air, signaling his intentions.
