Statewide Amber Alert lifted in Kentucky; missing 4-month-old baby found safe and sound

UPDATE: A statewide Amber Alert in Kentucky has been lifted after four-month-old Paislee Lay was found safe and sound around 7:30 p.m. Friday night. Paislee was previously reported missing in Simpsonville, Kentucky, about 23 miles east of Louisville. A statewide Amber Alert was issued Friday for a missing four-month-old girl from central Kentucky. According to officials, four-month-old Paislee Lay was last seen in Simpsonville, Kentucky, with 28-year-old Michael Lay. Officials said Michael Lay may be driving a green 1998 Buick Le Sabre with license plate K2R477. The car also has tape over the right headlight and may not have a license plate. Paislee was described as blue-eyed and blonde-haired. A picture of Paislee can be seen below. Simpsonville is located about 23 miles east of Louisville, Kentucky, along U.S. 60. Anyone with information on Paislee’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.

Officials said Michael Lay may be driving a green 1998 Buick Le Sabre with license plate K2R477. The car’s right headlight is also covered with tape and the license plate may not have been attached.

Simpsonville is located about 23 miles east of Louisville, Kentucky, on US 60.
