50 Cent says sexual assault lawsuit will ruin Irv Gotti financially

50, of course, has a Diddy docuseries in the works at Netflix after the Bad Boy Inc. founder was mocked for months over his legal troubles and allegations of sexual assault, human trafficking, and more.

Fif’s feud with Gotti dates back to the early 2000s, when their respective crews, G-Unit and Murder Inc., were involved in a vicious rap feud that spilled over into the streets. One of 50’s most recent jabs came when he ridiculed Gotti after hearing that Nelly and Ashanti were back together.

Irv Gotti’s alleged victim filed the lawsuit through her attorney in Miami-Dade County District Court last Thursday. She claims she met Gotti in 2020 through a mutual friend and when they began dating, he raped her multiple times in several cities.

Gotti allegedly demanded sex from the woman after flying her to Saint Martin and telling her she would return home if she did not comply with his request. She then dated him for two years, during which she says Gotti abused her by forcing her to perform oral sex on him in an elevator and during an Uber ride.

“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, the plaintiff suffered severe emotional and psychological damage, which required her to be admitted to a psychiatric hospital. These injuries continue and affect the plaintiff to this day,” the lawsuit states.

Gotti’s relationship with the woman reportedly ended after the oral sex incident in the Uber, and he had not responded to the lawsuit as of press time.
