BAKERSFIELD, CA (June 28, 2024) – At least one person was killed in a two-car crash near Highway 178 and Comanche Drive.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal accident occurred on Tuesday at around 5:03 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, two vehicles collided in an unknown manner.

Subsequently, a coroner was called to the scene of the accident at approximately 5:38 p.m. to find at least one victim. At this time, authorities have not confirmed the cause or the victim’s name.
